Product:

Our product is called Naga. It is blue, heart shaped and ensures that we produce endorphin. The function of this hormone is to inhibit the transmission of pain signals and to make us to feel happy. Naga grows on trees and can grow up to 20 centimetres. When it has reached the 20 centimetres it falls off the tree and is ready to eat. When Naga is smaller it means that it is unripe and therefore not edible. The trees are connected to one big tree. This big tree has existed for more than 10 000 years and is considered as the very first tree of Baboskia. Naga almost never grows on this ancient tree. Baboskians believe that when Naga does grow on the big tree, something fantastic is going to happen.

Place:

Naga is only available in Baboskia. You can buy Naga in special Naga shops and at the market place every Tuesday in Culta. Unfortunately, there are also illegal shops. Some Baboskians buy one Naga and use the seeds to create new Naga trees. These trees are not connected to the big tree which makes the fruit fake. The government considers them as fraudulent and tries to eliminate them, but they are very difficult to find.

Price:

Consumers of the fruit are considered non - price sensitive because the product is unique. The price also depends on the season, when it’s rainy season Naga is cheaper than when it’s dry season. The illegal shops sell Naga at a cheap price. To stop the illegality the government uses campaigns and propaganda to convince the Baboskians not to buy the fake fruit.
